Директор по качеству и охране труда/ QHSE Director
Job is in a multinational industrial company.
Functions:
• Monitors QHSE data, reports trends and improvement actions taken
• Ensures full investigation of all accidents and near accidents with root cause analysis and implementation of findings through line management authority
• Does the research of potential improvements of QHSE activities
• Leads the improvement projects – find consultants and experts, does training etc.
• Implements program similar to DuPont STOP.
• Supports the implementation of lifting, slinging and handling training
• Implements API PSL2 and API for high pressure piping.
• Leads QHSE improvement circles discussions in the company
• Supervises the QHSE departments’ activity on possible improvement opportunities.
• Liaises with customers and visitors on QHSE (due to English language fluency)
• Supervises all training and information exchange programs in QHSE
Requirements:
Technical degree + completed training in QHSE systems. Good experience in manufacturing. At least 10 years in quality and HSE management systems with detailed knowledge of STOP program or equivalent, fully experienced in undertaking root cause analysis of. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 18001, 14001 standards. Knowledge of API, health and safety regulations is highly preferred. Knowledge of modern H&S requirements. Very fluent in English language both professional and general (written & spoken).
